One of the girls in my primary class requested cupcakes with balloons on top. Since she was moving to a different ward, I decided to go ahead and make her special treats. However, I decided that I would do Hot Air Balloon Petit Fours (since I had never made them before). The chocolate frosting is supposed to look a little bit like the base of a hot air balloon. And the suckers are to represent the balloons! Enjoy!
It's a WAVE of color!And just in case you were wondering...it was not a good idea to give out all these suckers. All of the primary kids from other classes and adults were asking for suckers. I only had the ones that were on their cupcakes. And the kids had all licked theirs.
