A Giant Chocolate Kiss (filled with coconut cream)!

So for Valentine's Day, I made Giant Hershey Kisses for my son's teachers. They were filled with a delicious coconut filling. (The same filling I use to make Easter Eggs at Easter time).

Without further delay...here they are!

Valentine's Day 3D chocolate cupcakes

So for Valentine's Day, I let my children pick a couple of different colored chocolates, so that they could make miniature 3d chocolate cupcakes from a chocolate mold.

We had lots of fun - but they look more like 3d Grinch Chocolate Cupcakes. LOL.
